Book Wishlist

• Eligibility: any member of Gwangju Municipal Library
• How to sign-up: Login to library homepage and click on Book Wishlist (Library)
• Allowance : 3 books per person
• Procedure
  • A book you request will go through a selection process before being purchased. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks before it will be available.
  • If a book on your Wishlist becomes available, the book will be automatically reserved for the requester who will be notified by a SMS text message
  • However, please note that a reservation could be cancelled if you have overdue loans or if you have exceeded your loan allowance
• Books Excluded from Selection
  • Books which are inappropriate for the general public (religion, advertisement, etc.)
  • Fantasy novels, martial arts novels, romance novels
  • Collection, university textbooks, books in foreign languages, technical publications, exam collections, high priced books (over 50,000KRW)
  • Books published within the last 5 years (2 years for books on computers, science, or newspapers)
